Cursor Echo is an interactive browser-based artwork centered on a
live-streamed video feedback loop. The site itself has no content other than the cursors
of all current visitors, a feed of which is continuously live streamed and re-rendered as the site background.
This creates a feedback loop with a period of a number of seconds, determined by network connection
and remote server speed. The feed has a high amount of image compression which distorts
the looping image ove time, leading to the development of eerie, pixelated forms.
Cursor Echo was exhibited in the group show As I Recall in 2022 at Public Access Memories Gallery.
